- Upon receipt:
- Our experts will inspect your firearm including serial number integrity, accessories, condition, magazines, and case.
- Payment:
- If everything matches your description, payment is processed immediately — you can
choose how you want to be paid (ACH or check). In extremely rare cases where condition is worse than
portrayed, we’ll contact you to adjust the offer. If you decline the revised offer, we return your firearm.

- Is this legal in my state?

- Is this service free?
- Yes. We will review your firearm and provide an offer for free. If you choose to sell your firearm to us we will guide you through the entire process, handle all the paperwork for you and pay for shipping labels.
- How do you determine value?
- We base offers on market demand, condition, brand/model and recent comparable sales.
- Who pays shipping?
- We cover the prepaid shipping label — you just drop off the packaged firearm.
- How long until I get paid?
- Once the firearm arrives and the inspection is complete, most payments are issued within 1 business day. The entire process takes roughly 5-7 days from initial form submission to issuing payment to the customer. This timing assumes no major delays in accepting the offer or packing and shipping your firearm to us.
- How long are offers good for?
- Offers are valid for 14 days.
- Can I sell multiple firearms or a collection?
- Absolutely! Once firearm information has been submitted, you will have the ability to submit additional firearms for review and offers. These firearms will be viewable from your user panel, which you access from your initial offer email. If you have a large number of firearms or an estate, it's best to contact us directly (just to save you a lot of time).
- How do I get paid?
- We will either send you a check, or we will issue the funds via a secure ACH direct deposit. During the offer approval process, you will tell us which method of payment you prefer.
- Are there any types of firearms you do not make offers on?
- Yes. We do not purchase muzzle loaders/black powder firearms or firearms needing parts or extensive repair. We do not purchase firearms with obliterated or illegible serial numbers. We do not purchase firearms with ban-compliant modifications. We do not purchase home-built firearms other than AR15s.
