You do not need to have an account to receive an offer, you just have to verify your email address and submit your firearm. Accounts are created after a user accepts an offer from us.

Should you choose to sell us your firearm after we send you a free offer, you will create your account at that time and instructions will be provided via email.

For newer customers, if you have submitted a firearm, or multiple firearms but not accepted an offer from us you likely have not gone through the account creation process.
